Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. In some cases our system may charge higher than normal shipping rates, if this does occur, we will refund any excessive charges when your item ships. (varies case by case)

Q: What payment Types do you accept?
A: We accept all Major Credit Cards and Paypal.    Credit Cards are only useable by US Customers, all others must use Paypal. (for security reasons)

Q: Is my credit card and personal information safe?
A: Yes, we have installed a SSL certificate to protect your data
